Naval Base in the Phillipines, GWA responded with a cost effective efficient design. When they later needed
a 1250 unit housing complex with all supporting facilities from playgrounds to medical centers, GWA was
commissioned to provide the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
Mechanical Engineering and Construction Administration on the largest, most energy efficient, on-dock
refrigerated warehouse in the World. 137,000 square feet designed to handle over 100 vessel calls per year,
capable of storing over 200,000 cartons of citrus and handling over 10,000,000 per year while handling over
120,000 cartons of bananas weekly.
Operations Headquarters they chose GWA to provide Mechanical and Electrical Engineering for the entire
facility which consisted of Administration Buildings, Maintenance Buildings, test and repair shops, and
welding shops. Since 1982 and the completion of their Maintenance and Operations Headquarters the Los
Angeles Department of Water and Power has utilized GWA on over 30 other projects of various type, size,
and complexity.

- Gary Walker provided the Mechanical Engineering for the renovation of the Crocker Art
Gallery located in Sacramento, California. This is on the Register of California Historic
Buildings.
- Gary Walker, as a private consultant, donated the Mechanical and Electrical
Engineering for the renovation of the First African Methodist Church located in Fort
Smith, Arkansas. The engineering and materials were provided at no charge to help
preserve this beautiful example of Southern Architecture. This building is on the
